QA/QC Introduction

Our company controls the quality of orders as the details below.
First, we will discuss the order details with the buyers to clear all the possible outstanding points. Then we will make counter samples for buyer to approve the size measurement, color, style, making, and etc. As soon as all the details are clear then we will start mass production, we will send out QC to the yarn-supplying factory to inspect yarn first. After knitting we will have our QC to inspect the gray fabric construction and quality. After dying, we will send our QC to inspect the color fastness; fabric weight; shrinkage rate and etc.
Before making, we will check the paper pattern, then start cutting and making. During the mass production we will check the stitching, making and position of accessories and etc. Then we will let all the goods pass the metal detector and put the mass goods into the export carton and ship them into the warehouse.

Our QC will give a final report to each salesman after the delivery. If there have any quality problem. We will contact the buyers then and discus with buyers to solve the problem possibly exists.
